  • CAMIPER: Master’s in Mining Law – Legal specialist in all mining, mining business, and administrative sectors.

Experience

  • In corporate matters: preparation of all types of MINUTES, company incorporations, minutes, shareholder disputes, all kinds of NOTARIAL AND REGISTRY procedures. Advisor in negotiations, DUE DILIGENCES, and business collaboration agreements (in Spanish and English).
  • Experience in all types of administrative procedures at the first and second instance, especially in mining matters, INDECOPI, and others. Advisory in all types of contentious administrative proceedings, as well as various judicial processes. Advisory and drafting of all types of contracts (in Spanish and English).

Achievements

  • At the administrative level, I have successfully reversed administrative resolutions in the second instance (before entities such as INGEMMET, SBN).
  • At the corporate level, I have achieved measures and registry registrations that have allowed the smooth development of various companies.
  • At the judicial level, I have obtained judgments declaring the nullity of administrative resolutions (ordering their compliance with SBN, INGEMMET, among others), as well as precautionary measures in favor of the interested party. Favorable protection orders for the interested party.
